Remote chance of taming traffic
Manhattan: Transportation Commissioner Janette
Sadik-Khan implemented traffic schemes all over the city that were
designed to create gridlock because they supported Emperor Bloomberg's
congestion-pricing agenda. Now, it's so ludicrous to hear her shamelessly
announce a $1.6 million remote traffic control system designed to move jammed
midtown traffic that is a result of this bike lady's insane pet projects. She says, "When they see a traffic incident on their monitors they can report it."
Since when is this something someone at the scene is not capable of doing -- and faster? If New Yorkers were asked to grade her performance, she'd surely get an F for not.filling potholes and for throwing Police Commissioner Ray Kelly under the bus
when she failed to call a snow emergency. Shame on you "Rock Center" for giving Sadik-Khan who has a callous disregard for public safety, an opportunity to spread her propaganda.
